Ok team … behold the launch of my very first PRE-SALE campaign to raise funds to manufacture my very first FULL LENGTH CD – aaaaaalllllll aboard!

Many of you have been asking me when I’ll be recording my newest songs and I’m proud to announce that I’ll be in the studio in May with hopes to have the disc in hands of the “pre-buyer” by July. The official release will be in Sept.

You’ll find the information you need to pre-order the new disc which will include Dance if you want to, Pale Love, Good Enough, Home, Lost in the Valley, Edmonton and more.

You can help make this record happen by purchasing a copy (or more) in advance! Check out 4 giving options on the contact page.

Beanz café in Charlottetown PEI is providing a nice little office for me today. The mercury has dropped….no more pussyfooting around.

I’m here now, in this brain space I have been anticipating since December. It’s official. I have 2 months to finish writing and ready-ing a full length album before CBC’s Studio H commits it to memory…then disc…then cradle..then out to the world on wings…..

So I’m mulling and digging and listening and grasping for silence enough to have my thoughts feel safe enough to crawl out, get on paper and into the strings of my guitar. I think I’ll spend some time with my piano cause it’s where I started and it’d be nice to have a little ivory flavouring….serious business and lots of work to do…stay with me.

The East Coast Music Awards was a blur of late nights and amazing music. I played on a huge stage all by my lonesome to a full house and my family right in the centre. Catherine MacLellan was amazing and I’m really looking forward to her new record.

I got a new writing book today and it’s been broken in over breakfast…hoping to give it a run for its pages over the next while.

Send me your thoughts anytime. Watch for correspondence about pre-ordering this new disc in the next month. Be inspired. Read. Find new songs that tear your heart out. Stay tuned…….
