I dare say we’ve been having a marvelous fall in Halifax. Today was 8 degrees..maybe warmer, sunny and lovely. I feel thankful.

The release of the new joint disc ‘gingers on barrington st’ that I put together with Craig Cardiff happened 2 Fridays ago at Ginger’s Tavern and the place as PACKED. Cool show and great to have Craig for a visit. The night before in Wolfville was a great success as well – thanks to all who came out. Check out Maple Music for your copy or I’ve got a few left. Adults are as much Christmas pushers as the kids are really, eagerly anticipating a break from the grind, food, lights and old familiar tunes. I look forward to the tax-free midnight shopping and to having everyone home – shortbread cookies and those funny hats that come in the crackers!
